I-Low-Income Housing Program

Campesinos Unidos offers a Housing Program to qualify low-income candidates. Within this program several services are offered, such as:
  • Home Rehabilitation
  • Health Safety Inspections and Assessments
  • Permanent and Temporary Financing
  • Referrals and Resources
  • Loan Packaging
  • Small Home repairs

II-Health Safety Inspections and Assessments

Health Safety Inspections and Assessments are made available to households receiving rehab and weatherization services. When hazards are identified, Campesinos Unidos channels assistance through referrals and when available, locates additional funding.

III-Financing

The Financing Home Purchase Program includes no money down and no mortgage insurance on new or existing homes and is available in many areas. Under certain circumstances, payments are based on income.

IV-Referral and Resources

Under this program, clients requiring additional services regarding housing issues are provided with additional referrals and resources.
